External declarants can proceed directly to the currency declaration form without a username or password. Use this form to declare cash, negotiable instruments, or other reportable monetary instruments when entering or leaving Liberia.

Currency declaration supports transparency at border points, assists lawful movement of funds, and helps the Liberia Revenue Authority identify situations that may require review, seizure documentation, or compliance follow-up. Mandatory declarations require an equivalent value of US$10,001.00 or above.
